About Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)

DACA is a policy that enables certain eligible individuals to get a grant of deferred action. Individuals who are granted DACA are able to renew their grants and are eligible for work authorization. DACA has been an invaluable resource for thousands of undocumented individuals since 2012. The program allows young immigrants brought to the US as children, or who came with families who overstayed their visas, to work legally, and obtain a series of benefits including In-State Tuition, Drivers Licenses, Social Security numbers, etc.

At this time, the government is only accepting renewals for DACA recipients. If you are a DACA recipient, The Presti Law Firm is here to provide the legal assistance you need to keep your status valid and protect your rights.
